An exciting evening at the Abbey Recreation Ground where Superstars took on
Epsom Taxes in the biggest sporting fixture of the day. I assume we lost the toss and were asked to bowl. |

The game started in stunning fashion with Vijay nailing a run out.
Both George Moore (who took his first wicket for the club) and Ian Moxon were on hat tricks.
Barry even took catches. Epsom made a below par but still defendable 115-8. |

A high quality opening stand between Adam (27)
and George (25) meant we were always ahead of the rate and in control, however Superstars
always have the ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and although there were
a few wickets a steadying 28 not out from Rick Smith got us to the target in the
16th over with 6 wickets to spare. |
