ANOTHER TIE IN GREAT CLASH |

Superstars made their way to Walshamstow for the 2nd time ever for another great clash against
T Sol. We bowled first and Alok bowled beatifully with 4-6 and the other bowlers all did a job to restrict T Sol to 147-9. The were
unfortunately injuries for Errol (finger, which prevented him batting) and Rick (hamstring). Superstars responded and looked good with
Adam batting beautifully for a jug avoiding 49 while Paul did an anchor dropping 29. However Paul's wicket was the key one in a horrible
collapse which bought Rich and Ian to the crease with the run rate required increasing. Rich hit a wonderful 24 not out to ensure a tie when
the pair managed a two off the final ball - Rich required a long rest after the last over of much running. |
