An increasing regular home ground, mainly for afternoon games. The ground has decent facilities. Unfortunately the showers are a fair walk away from the ground and bar although you might be able to nip into the gym showers as I did in 2013. The pitch has normally been pretty decent. The football ground you see is that of Met Police who play at a pretty decent non league standard. If the Fixture Sec was clever he'd schedule a game on a night they are at home..... From Thames Ditton station walk down Embercourt Rd and into Ember Lane. The club is directly opposite the junction at the end of this road and the cricket pitches through the other side of the complex. Thames Ditton TfL Zone 6 Barry recommends the 1236 (Waterloo), 1239 (Vauxhall), 1244 (Clapham Jn) to THAMES DITTON (1309). If you just miss it get on the 1242 (Waterloo) and change at SURBITON and you'll catch up the train above. The train behind at 1306 (Waterloo) will mean you're late unless someone very kindly picks you up at the station. The return trains are half hourly, late on they are at 2026, 2056, 2126 (change at Surbiton), 2226 returning to London, until 2326 (the last train, change at Surbiton).
