We'll be running a cake sale in the Eland House Atrium. Superstars in Eland House or nearby may wish to wish Paul good luck and have some cake
(remember: cakes bought for charity have zero calories). Don't worry Penny will be making some cakes - so there will be some excellent ones. |

3. THE VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON |

Everyone is welcome to come to support all the runners. Penny is currently investigating good locations to watch from. After the run there'll be celebratory drinks and food
at the Slug and Lettuce, Waterloo. The more the merrier! |
