The 2012 AGM will take place at 5.30pm on Friday 11 January 2013 at the Eland House Darts Bar (directions
here, please ask for Paul Gaught at reception).
A full agenda is set out below, while the minutes of
last year's meeting are available on the website. |

I hope that everybody will attend. If you know that you can't, could you please send me your apologies so they can be registered at the meeting (either
direct to Jason, via the contact details on the website or in the comments box below). If anyone has any motions for the meeting could they submit them to me by 3 January. If any are received I will copy them to all
members for information at least 7 days before the AGM. Any issues you wish to raise on motions should be made at the AGM. |

We will need to elect a new committee. Please send any nominations to me by 3 January. If there are no advance nominations we will fill any vacancies
