Regular player and committee member, Chris 'Big hill' Mountain has played for Superstars since 2005. An, at times, flamboyant left handed all rounder, Chris can always be relied on to try hard, which goes some way to redressing his complete lack of cricketing technique. That technique includes his own trademark shot - the flamingo - a swipe to (normally) the leg side off one foot. Chris is an excellent fielder in all postions, because he's one of those annoying types who can play most sports - he regularly picks up track and field medals at Sports Day if he has the time inbetween cricket matches.
Chris has captained the Superstars on one or two occasions despite "not knowing the fiedling positions", and was sucessful by all accounts which says a lot. He's won Superstars "all rounder of the year" most the years he has played for the club.
Sporting hightlights for the "Man Mountain" include:
2004 - Rickmansworth CC 3rd XI Fielder of the Year
2008 - Superstars CC Player of the Year
2009 - BBC Mishits CC most catches in a season
2010 - Olympian Sunday Football League Division 2 Best Match Reporter
2011 - Chiswick Sports Ground Award for biggest person on a bike with the smallest wheels
