Superstars started the season in unconventional but (seemingly
a contradiction) traditional way this weekend with a loss in the Sausage Sandwich Game on the Danny Baker
Saturday Morning 5 Live Show. |

Vice Captain Paul Gaught entered the competition representing
the club, while opponent Diane represented Stevenage Boro FC. There was a bad start in difficult conditions
when Diane called correctly on former Millwall captain Matt Lawrence's cinema seat preferences. However with
first go on the second question there was a great chance of an early response however Paul's poor knowledge of
Matt's passport (which he heartlessly blamed on Penny and Oliver) meant he was 2-0 down in the best of three
encounter. |

Paul correctly guessed a bonus, non competition, question - the
equivalent of giving a starving dog a rubber bone. But the actual final question prodcued gasps when neither
Paul or Diane guessed Matt Lawrence had extravagent "no sauce at all" on his sausage sandwiches. |

A case of what might have been again from Superstars but a comprehensive loss. |
