In November 2014 two greats of Superstars administration, Chris Mountain and Paul Gaught, announced resignations from being
Chairman and Vice Captain respectively. It was a sad time. There were many tears. In careful crafted statements circulated internally but leaked to www.superstarscricket.org.uk they said- |

"I plan to stand down at the AGM - I will not be seeking re-election as Club Chairman.
Thanks for having me - even though I didn't really do anything!" |

Both typically self deprecating. Obviously the club will not be commenting on the
inevitable speculation about the contenders for these prestigous roles, two of the most sought after in British Sport. |
