Looks are seldom as deceptive as with this guy; when
you see him on a cricket field youll be forgiven for assuming that this guy was just pooled in
to make the 11 When given a bowl, he will reluctantly walk up to his run up still lulling you
to believe that some dollies are on its way, and depending on match situation, some of them will
be duly served and just when you thought that next one is going out of park comes a big in-dipper
that will curve so much that would make one Mr Beckham go Holy @&%$? |

And when he does get a chance to bat youll again
be fooled to assume that he is a grafter- would take a single and pass on the strike to more
aggressive looking batsman and just then will come a booming hoick over the cow corner; not
that he doesnt have a nudglers game but he has to surprise you take you off guard! He was
in fact an opening batsman for his school side but he found the nudglers game too predictable
and since then has transformed himself in to boom-a-minute batsman. Ah and he is one rare
batsman who makes sure no wicket falls at other end; by denying his partner any strike! |

And just when you thought thats all he has to
offer you are wrong again! If you have just hit a ball in Aloks direction fielding at boundary
youll spot an opportunity to steal an extra run, just going by the way he approaches the ball
and its then comes a fast dart like throw; just pray that its on target or the WK intercepts it
(good luck to him) or least you are not the fielder backing up hes broken more fingers than bails |

Alok is a relative newcomer so has not reached any
of the prestigous "Stats Clubs" but given his all round abilities he is looking a good bet to
make them. Certainly it shouldn't take him long to reach 50 wickets. Keep an eye out for that. |
