ECONOMICAL TREASURY TOO GOOD FOR STARS |

After being runners up in the toss we were asked to field. Treasury looked
like they'd had plenty of practice over lockdown (it's not as if that bunch do any decent work) and it showed with a
solid batting display. Superstars bowled ok and although there were five dropped catches none were shocking,
more close calls than hapless, Konrad took a pretty good one in fact (and a relatively routine one). The
133-4 looked good on a slow wicket. |

Superstars gave it a go in reply but Treasury were too good and our
heroes lost too many wickets in reply. Gary was dismissed by "the most Gary dismissal ever" (bowled) and it
was left to Alok (25 retired), Dan (14no) and Mike Duggan (7no) to ensure respectability,
which was the least Superstars deserved. |
