Minutes of the last meeting were agreed without change.
Matters Arising.
There were no matters arising.
Chairman's Report.
Chairman Matthew Conway delivered a stirring speech.
Treasurer's Report.
In treasurer George Warren’s absence, members discussed finance matters. We have a functioning bank account. Matthew Conway has a payment card for the account. Since it was established, no money has gone in or out.
The bank account details were shared to the group.
Barry said that the final figure for the SPARTA grant was likely to be around £600 this year. The accounts and bid were agreed.
The matter of a club bank accounts was briefly discussed. George, Steve, and Matthew agreed to finding a solution for the club bank account problem between them. Jason advised them to ensure they had multiple signatories to any new account as other clubs had encountered problems due to only having one or two signatories.
ACTION: ALL: Reconciliation exercise: club members to confirm to Matthew Conway by Friday 31 Jan if they owe any money to the club or are owed money by the club.
ACTION: PAUL GAUGHT-ALLEN: Sparta Grant: seek an update from Jason Marchant re: grant
ACTION: MATTHEW CONWAY: Membership and match fees: Further consideration of whether players could/should pay annual £2 membership and £5 match fees online. And whether players will be able to make lump sum payments.

Nets
ACTION: MICHAEL DUGGAN: Nets: Investigate early season Battersea nets again.
ACTION: MATT BROWN: Nets: Investigate Archbishops Park outdoor nets for later.
The Oval is currentlly out of use.
Tour
Game on Sunday 4 May Brightwell cum Sotwell near Wallingford in Oxfordshire. Dan Forman continues to investigate further fixtures and accommodation options.
Fixtures
Aiming to try and adjust fixtures to better reflect our current performance level. Dodgers down to two fixtures. Still a few gaps in the schedule to be filled.
Barry Gigg Testimonial
Commitment carried forward from last season. This could be a double 20/20 or a three way 20/20 Bank of England style tournament. Further consideration underway.
Equipment
We have a stock of red and pink balls. Kit situation seems ok. We will continue to monitor this as the season progresses.
Any Other Business.
Recruitment of new players - Club posters will be circulated for display in GMH and 2MS before nets.
Multimedia - further consideration on match highlights to be made available on Instagram.
Matchday recruitment - individual match managers will retain autonomy to recruit players in the way they deem appropriate.
There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.24pm.
