| Good evening everyone, | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| It's a real pleasure to welcome you all to our end-of-season social. As Chairman of Superstars Cricket Club, I want to start by saying thank you — to every player, supporter, scorer, umpire, and volunteer who’s contributed to another fantastic season. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This year has been a true reflection of what makes our club special: passion, camaraderie, and a shared love of the game. Whether you were smashing boundaries, taking sharp catches, or simply turning up week after week with enthusiasm and good humour — you’ve helped build something bigger than cricket. You’ve built community. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We’ve had our highs and lows on the pitch, of course — thrilling wins, hard-fought losses, and a few rain-affected dramas. But through it all, the spirit of Superstars has shone brightly. I’m proud of the way we’ve supported each other, welcomed new faces, and continued to grow both in numbers and in character. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
